BEFORE YOU ORDER
Please note that the product images provided by our distributors may not be updated to perfectly reflect the final product. If you have any questions regarding an item, we'd be happy to address them before you place your order.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel orders in cases when items are not available. The order will be adjusted accordingly and you will not be invoiced for those items.
We are unable to combine orders after they have been placed, so please ensure that your order is complete with all desired items before checking out.
Please ensure that you have selected the correct shipping or pickup option before placing your order. We cannot modify these selections and will then be unable to send you the correct email notifications.
All of our order and shipping confirmation emails are sent automatically through Shopify. Please ensure that you have notifications from Shopify and our email addresses enabled as we cannot be held responsible if efforts to contact you are blocked by spam filters.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All purchases made through our website are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be granted once the order is shipped or made available for pickup.
In cases of defective or damaged product, please contact us directly.
PREORDERS AND SPECIAL ORDERS
Preorder and special order items require payment in advance at checkout.
Customers will be contacted if product is no longer available and alternate arrangements can be made.
All release dates, images, prices, and availability are subject to change.
SHIPPING
We offer free shipping to all Canadian provinces for orders valued at a minimum of $100.00 before tax.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and only available for Canadian addresses. Unfortunately we cannot ship internationally (outside of Canada).
Certain items may not be available for shipping due to size and/or weight restrictions and are only available for local pickup. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note that due to the nature of our shipping cycles, you may experience some delays before receiving a shipping confirmation for your order.
IN-STORE PICKUP
If you would like to pick up your order at our store location instead of having it shipped to you, please select "Pick up" during checkout.
Please ensure that you have selected the pickup option. We cannot track your order or send the correct pickup notifications if you incorrectly selected free shipping at checkout.
