RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All purchases made through our website are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be granted once the order is shipped or made available for pickup.

In cases of defective or damaged product, please contact us directly.

Please note that the product images provided by our distributors may not be updated to perfectly reflect the final product. If you have any questions regarding an item, we'd be happy to address them before you place your order.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel orders in cases when items are not available. The order will be adjusted accordingly and you will not be invoiced for those items.

PREORDERS AND SPECIAL ORDERS

Preorder and special order items require payment in advance at checkout.

Customers will be contacted if product is no longer available and alternate arrangements will be made.

All release dates, images, and prices are subject to change.

SHIPPING

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout and currently only available for Canadian addresses. Manual shipping quotes can be requested by email.

Unfortunately we cannot ship internationally (outside of Canada) at this time.

IN-STORE PICKUP

If you would like to pick up your order at one of our store locations instead of having it shipped to you, please select local pickup during checkout.

If your desired store location is unavailable, you can add a note to the special instructions for your order before checking out (i.e. "pickup at Clyde").

This option is unavailable for payment using PayPal. We apologize for any inconvenience.
